A workflow is a set of pre-defined tasks and notifications that you apply to your podcast. Each new episode record that you create will inherit the workflow although you can choose which tasks or notifications auto-apply with each new episode.

You can choose to apply one of our "Best Practice" workflows to your podcast and customize it from there, or build a workflow from scratch. Once you activate a workflow you can always tweak it over time to better suit your particular process.

Yes! All paid plans come with a one month free trial period. During this period you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for the month. Once the trial period is over you can still cancel your subscription at any time.
