Custom Fields
PodTask shapes to your needs - how you work - and capable of storing all sorts of unique data. With the Enterprise Plan, your team will be able to define unlimited (other than page real estate) custom fields. Most of our main record types allow you to define custom fields that make sense for you!

Task Management & Templates
Assign tasks to yourself or to your team. Tasks can be flagged for email notification to the assignee. Get notified by email when due dates are approaching for your tasks. On the Featured Plan or above, you can set up default task templates that will generate a set of tasks when you create new episode records.

Event Management
Create records for other time-sensitive events, whether those are one-time, weekly or other types of events. Receive email notifications when events are assigned or nearing the event date.

Calendar View
See all of your important reminders, events, tasks, and episode activities in our Calendar view.

Multiple Podcasts
Do you produce more than one podcast? Our Enterprise Plan is designed with you in mind. Manage each of your podcasts, with their own tasks, episode records, etc.

Multiple Team Members
Add your entire team to PodTask and assign team members the role and access they need to do their work. Roles are set up with standard teams in mind: Admins, Hosts, Producers and Marketing staff so that when granting access to a team member, they only have access to what they need to perform their work.
